Underground/Structural Engineer , Management Level
We are currently recruiting for an Underground/Structural Engineer position in Denver, CO, Austin, TX, Syracuse, NY or California. We are looking for a "go-getter" who is interested in working in a challenging and high growth potential environment. Brierley Associates, LLC has offices located in MA, NY, TX, and CO and strives to partner effectively with our clients to provide the highest level of tunneling and underground engineering consulting and design services.
Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to, assessing geologic conditions associated with underground development, performing structural analysis for underground structures, preparing detailed design calculations and contract documents, including data reports, baseline reports, specifications and drawings. Candidates should possess a master's degree in either geotechnical or structural engineering, have 3-15 years of relevant engineering experience and be skilled with office software and engineering design software (AutoCAD). Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are imperative. Additionally, a mastery of the english language, both written and spoken, is a must. Frequent travel or extended travel likely will be required.

A bachelor's degree in either civil or geotechnical engineering is required and a miminum of one (1) year experience is desired. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are imperative. Additionally, a mastery of the english language, both written and spoken, is a must. Frequent travel and/or extended travel likely will be required.
Geotechnical Engineers
Minimum qualifications include a MSCE and
four to ten years experience performing and managing geotechnical
projects. Technical excellence, problem solving, research, organization
and communication skills required. We desire a personable and knowledgeable
engineer who will maintain good client relations and be a team player.
