Dr. Gary S. Brierley, President of Brierley Associates, can be contacted in our Colorado office. With more than 38 years of experience working with major underground projects, he is considered an industry expert in tunnel design and construction, geotechnical reports for underground construction, and risk management in the heavy civil construction industry.

Mr. Gregg Sherry, Vice President and Manager of Western Operations, can be contacted in our Colorado office. Mr. Sherry has more than 27 years of experience in underground design and construction management.

Mr. Alan L. Howard, Vice President and Senior Engineering Geologist, can be contacted in our Colorado office. Mr. Howard has more than 24 years of experience, and specializes in tunneling, geotechnical investigations, hydrogeology, geohazard evaluations, rock mechanics and aggregate mine zoning and permitting.

Mr. James D. Smith, Vice President of Eastern Operations, can be contacted in our New York office. Mr. Smith has been involved with geotechnical and environmental design, and underground construction management for the past 23 years.

Mr. Jay Perkins, Project Manager, can be contacted in our Massachusetts office. Mr. Perkins has more than 25 years of experience and specializes in geotechnical exploration and engineering.

Mr. Russ Jernigan, Dr. Russell (Russ) L. Jernigan can be contacted in our Texas office. Dr. Jernigan has more than 27 years of experience in soil and rock mechanics, tunnel design, dam design and hydroelectric matters.

Dr. Arthur J. (AJ) McGinn can be contacted in our New York office. Dr. McGinn has more than 15 years of experience and is widely respected as an expert in the areas of numerical ground modeling, particularly in connection with ground modification methods such as soil mixing and jet grouting.
