Desi Dikova Earns California Professional Engineers License

Desi Dikova of Brierley’s Moraga, California, office has earned her Professional Engineers license in the State of California. Desi has more than 26 years of experience and has been with Brierley Associates since 2013. Desi’s provides engineering design for underground facilities and excavation shoring. She holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, an MS in Transportation Engineering from the University of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Goedesy, and a BS in Construction Management, from the University of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Goedesy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
