Ashton is the HR Manager for Brierley Associates. She joined the team in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and transitioned to Human Resources in 2021. Ashton oversees all aspects of HR, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee relations. She thrives in an a role where she can support team members, solve problems, and help create a positive workplace culture.
