David Kwietnewski, PE

David’s experience includes geotechnical and geologic engineering with an emphasis on tunneling, shafts, support of excavation and geotechnical instrumentation. He is one of Brierley Associates’ National Highway Institute Certified Tunnel Inspectors and has authored or served as a major contributor to geotechnical data reports, geotechnical baseline reports, specifications, and bid documents.  David values thoughtful communication and creative problem-solving skills and strives to understand the unique perspective each team member brings to deliver project success.
