Josh’s experience as a construction material technician served as the launching point into his career that encompasses geotechnical design, soil & rock mechanics, geophysical observations, special inspections, field investigations, tunnel rehabilitation/repair, grouting and Abandoned Mine Lands. His effective communication skills are essential to creating strong client relationships and ensure project completion. He is also a certified tunnel safety inspector with the National Highway Institute.
