Mr. Boscan has over 24 years of experience in engineering and consultation related to public infrastructure, renewables, transportation, oil and gas, public infrastructure, and commercial sectors. Mr. Boscan has significant engineering experience related to water transmission, highways, single- and multi-story buildings, city utility lines, new and existing refineries, LNG plants, marine terminals, bridge, pier and harbor design, energy transmission lines and oil sands processing facilities. He has successfully managed projects in North America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
