MnDOT’s I-35W Stormwater Storage Facility-Design and Constructing Hydraulic Resiliency with a CMGC Procurement Environment
During the past several decades, a segment of Interstate 35W (I-35W) at 42nd Street, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has experienced flooding during intense storm events. Flooding is a caused by a combination of runoff from the upstream watershed and backflow through the downstream stormwater tunnel system. This paper presents the evaluation of hydraulic storage design determination and constructability and cost efficiencies that were implemented under CMGC project delivery.
Join Tom and Mike at the Central States Water Environmental Association Conference, May 17-19 in Madison, Wisconsin.
