The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) are valuable tools in developing efficient and constructable designs. Using these technologies to create virtual mockups and design alternatives provide the ability to analyze “what if” scenarios and results in the selection of the best design solutions for our clients. Integration of 3D modeling with other digital design information from various project disciplines creates a collaborative project environment. Using the inherent intelligence of BIM and VDC provides a more scientific approach to the design process. We call this a smart way of “Creating Space Underground.”
